Wegens het vertrek van een collega binnen de marktgroep 'Medisch', ben ik voor mijn opdrachtgever op zoek naar een Marketingcoordinator.
In deze functie ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:
o het formuleren en realiseren van het complete marketing- en communicatiebeleid voor diverse medisch gerelateerde klantgroepen;
o het in samenwerking met de uitgever realiseren van overeengekomen doelen t.a.v. omzet, marktaandeel en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe (multimediale) uitgaven op basis van de behoefte van de markt;
o het in samenwerking met de uitgever onderhouden van contacten met verenigingen en overige externe partijen;
o het leiding geven aan een sales promotor;
o het marketingbudget, -begrotingen en -evaluaties van je afdeling.

As graphic designer/dtp’er you will be a part of our corporate communications department that operates from their main office in Utrecht. Together with our senior designer and in cooperation with communication-, web- and marketing professionals, you will produce graphic materials (e.g. stands, folders, sales materials, websites, infographics) for our own operating companies and external clients.

The position
The secretary works as an administrative and general support person in the MIG department. He/she works on various activities in the MIG department. The secretary reports to the Department Manager MIG.
Tasks include:
* Filing and distribution of project documentation (e.g. PID, highlight reports,..)
* Arranging the various project meetings, inviting participants, preparing meeting agenda’s
* Checking invoices of suppliers
* Keeping the administration for writing hours in the MIG department
* Editing, filing and distribution of user manuals, training materials
* Filing and distribution of business process documentation
* Keeping the administration of reported issues and their progress in the Issue Management System (Mantis)
* Performing some operational tasks in the area of report management
* General administrative department tasks (e.g. travel arrangements)
* Various ad hoc activities

You will be based in Utrecht and perform the tasks listed below:
• Support and advise colleagues and clients how to realize the communication objectives in an effective and efficient way.
• Project-based website development including analysis of website requirements, solution design and programming, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Ensure that newly developed systems can be managed by the Service Desk.
• Support and advise during the proposal and development phase of outsourced development work.
